Terms & Conditions of Use

This Certificate expires on August 31, 2007, unless prohibited by your state law.

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Buick Quality Advantage $50 Electronic Golf Merchandise Certificate ("Certificate"). The Certificate is issued by General Motors Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("We", "us" or "General Motors").  All merchandise for sale on the Buick Quality Advantage website are supplied by parsonsKellogg, a Rhode Island Corporation, www.parsonskellogg.com.  By receiving or using the Certificate, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep them for your records. These Terms and Conditions shall be posted and accessible for viewing by you on the Buick Quality Advantage Web site, www.buickqualityadvantage.com, or a page associated therewith. We may change the terms of, or add new terms to, these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without giving notice to you, in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Certificate constitutes acceptance of these changes terms.

Buick Quality Advantage $50 Electronic Golf Merchandise Certificate

The Certificate is a promotional gift and comes with a set dollar value of fifty ($50.00). It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The Certificate can be used to purchase items from the Buick Quality Advantage web site only.  A valid credit card is required with all purchases for identification purposes.  Certificates are not valid for purchases on any other General Motors site.

Supplemental Payment

Purchase amounts that are greater than the value of the Certificate will require payment for the balance due via credit card.  Only credit cards are accepted for balance due on the Buick Quality Advantage Web. Purchases that exceed the gift card value or balance will be immediately billed to the credit card.  You may carry a balance on a Certificate and continue to use it until the balance reaches zero.

Checking Balances

Certificate holders will be advised of the balance on their Certificate at the time of purchase from the Buick Quality Advantage Web Site.

Using Multiple Certificates

Only one Certificate may be used per order on the Buick Quality Advantage Web Site.

Lost or Stolen Certificates and Redemption

You should safeguard the Certificate from unauthorized use.  General Motors and/or parsonsKellogg are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Except where required by law, Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.  This promotion ends on August 31, 2007, and the Certificate must be redeemed for merchandise prior to that date.

Merchandise Availability, Shipping and Delivery

parsonsKellogg reserves the right to substitute comparable products.  Shipping charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the consumer if the order total is in excess of the Certificate value.  All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery

Privacy

General Motors and its affiliates may obtain personal information about you. Use of this personal information will be in accordance with the privacy policy available on the General Motors Web site.

GENERAL MOTORS AND PARSONS KELLOGG MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND GENERAL MOTORS’ SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH CERTIFICATE.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, the Certificate and all transactions hereunder are subject to the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to internal principals of conflicts of laws.
